Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you submit the audit request form, we collect your name, email address, website address, preferred date, and (optionally) what you're looking to grow. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you send.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and run your audit call, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the service providers named below.
Who else handles your data
We run a small stack, and we would rather name it than describe it vaguely. Three services process data on our behalf:
- Formspree — delivers the audit request form. Everything you type into that form passes through and is stored by Formspree before it reaches our inbox. Theirprivacy policygoverns that handling.
- Cal.com — powers the booking calendar embedded on our contact page. If you open it and book a time, Cal.com receives what you enter there. It only runs if you interact with the calendar.
- Google — provides the analytics described below. It receives usage data, not the contents of your form submission.
Each acts on our instructions as a processor. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use them in two ways, and only the first is active without your say-so.
- Strictly necessary. Keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every page. These can't be switched off.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, which is active on this site. It records pages visited, time on page, approximate location from your IP, and how you arrived. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping. It does not tell us who you are.
- Advertising. Not currently in use. If we add advertising or remarketing tags later, they will sit in this category and stay off until you allow them.
Of the services named above, two can set cookies through this site: Google, for the analytics described below, and Cal.com, on the booking calendar embedded on our contact page. Formspree does not — it only receives what you submit.
We use Google Consent Mode with region-scoped defaults. If you are visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied outright — no analytics cookies are set for you at all, and we do not ask, because we do not sell into those markets. Everywhere else, analytics storage is enabled by default. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is active on this site and has been since August 2026. It collects standard usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate location, and referral source. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell or share what it collects. Microsoft Clarity is named in our tooling but is not connected as of this policy's last update — if that changes, this section changes with it.
