Founder & CMO-Strategist · ULEY.Marketing

Yuriy Molodchenko is the founder and CMO-strategist of ULEY.Marketing, a remote-first agency of 13 specialists serving US businesses across strategy, traffic, and automation. He brings over 10 years in performance marketing and 8 years leading marketing teams, working mainly with B2B service businesses, automation and AI platforms, and education and HR companies across US and European markets. He runs point on client strategy and writes the service, pricing, and research content published on this site. Every page here carries his name because a person is accountable for what it claims — not a content team, and not an unnamed "we."

Background

Before founding ULEY, Yuriy spent his career on the operator side of marketing rather than the advisory side — building and optimizing marketing departments, launching new projects, and at one point leading an international marketing team of 30. The work was consistently the same shape: go-to-market strategy, sales funnel design, omnichannel presence, and the analytics and automation underneath them.

That history is why ULEY is built the way it is. Running marketing departments where strategy, traffic, and automation reported to different people — and optimized different numbers — is the specific failure the three-pillar structure exists to prevent. It's also why the agency publishes its prices and skips the account layer: both are reactions to how the alternative actually plays out from the inside.

The vertical focus follows the same logic. Home services, ecommerce and DTC, professional services, and education and expert brands aren't a market-size calculation — they're the categories where the experience is real.

What he actually works on

ULEY runs three service pillars. The CMO role sits across all three rather than inside one — the whole premise of the agency is that strategy, traffic, and automation fail when they're run as separate vendors optimizing separate numbers.

How he works with clients

Findings before invoices.

The audit comes before any retainer conversation. A client sees what was actually found before paying for what to do about it.

One screen, not one deck.

Reporting fits on a screen with the decision written in. A number that doesn't change a decision doesn't make the report.

No account layer.

Clients talk to the strategist doing the thinking, not to an account manager relaying it. At 13 people that's a structural choice, not a growth-stage accident.

Published prices, no custom quotes.

All four ULEY rates are public. There's no discovery call whose real purpose is working out what a client will tolerate paying.

Editorial standards on this site

Worth stating plainly, because most agency sites don't and it's the reason to trust anything here.

  • No invented proof. No client name, metric, award, or certification appears anywhere on this site unless it's real and confirmed. Where a figure is pending, the page says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
  • Market research is labeled as market research. Competitor and market pricing ranges are explicitly marked as 2026 research — never presented as what ULEY charges. ULEY's own prices are the four published tiers, everywhere, with no exceptions.
  • Structured data only corroborates what's visible. Schema on this site never asserts something the page itself doesn't show.
  • Every page is dated. Pricing and market figures go stale; the last-updated date on each page tells you how much to trust the numbers on it.
